Florida Startup is Making Waves in the Cleantech Industry

In July, ecoSPEARS, an Orlando-based cleantech venture, was chosen as one of seven startups out of 150+ applicants for Black & Veatch's Cleantech IgniteX Accelerator program, fostering innovation in sustainable technologies alongside companies like Electriphi, BUILT Robotics, and Novonutrients.

Old Problem, New Solution

ecoSPEARS is thrilled to be part of the 2-year Pilot Program with the Port of San Diego, selected as a one-of-a-kind cohort for the Port’s Blue Economy Incubator initiative. The Board of Port Commissioners unanimously approved ecoSPEARS' SPEARS technology proposal, signaling the potential for the adoption of new and innovative technologies by established industries, particularly in coastal areas with a rich history of industrial growth and trade.
